About knit goods
What kind of knit goods?
All knit items are made of 55% cotton, 45% polyester.
The material is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear.
In addition, the finished product is made with careful attention to detail, so it is durable and can be used for a long time.
The handling method is as follows.
・Machine wash (water temperature below 30 degrees)
・Low temperature dumble drying treatment
・No bleaching
・No dry cleaning
・Iron at low temperature
What is the content of the product tag?
・There is no color tag. ・There is a washing tag.
Where can I see the size of each knit?

How long will it take for the product to arrive?
Each order is carefully manufactured in our manufacturing facility. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after you place your order.
*We carefully create each item for each customer and manufacture knit items on a made-to-order basis, so we appreciate your understanding that it may take some time.

After placing my order, I want to change to another product.
You can change the size or change the product within 4 hours of placing your order.
When I actually used the product I received, the size did not fit me.
Changes cannot be made after receiving the product.
If you would like the same design but in a different size, we will remanufacture and deliver the item to you for a fee of 15,000 yen.

How much is the shipping cost?

Is there a way to know the price of the items being delivered?
We will not send anything that shows the amount, such as a statement of delivery or a receipt.
We will deliver only the product.
Can you wrap it for a present?
I'm sorry. Currently, we do not support gift wrapping.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can you issue me a receipt?

Can I pick up at a convenience store/office?

How is the amount I will receive calculated?
We will transfer the amount after deducting the product price from the selling price you have determined.
Does the amount received include consumption tax?
Consumption tax included. All sales prices and product prices include tax.
Please check with your tax office or tax accountant to determine whether you need to pay consumption tax.
When will the amount received be transferred?
We will transfer the amount at the end of the month following your request.
